The Technology Trust is honored to introduce the first annual Innovation Island — a venue for new and innovative technology companies to promote and highlight their technology and overall capabilities. The Technology Trust will be hosting an Innovation Island at INTERPHEX Puerto Rico, to promote technology, people, resources and ideas. This pavilion can significantly help our local investors, entrepreneurs and other professionals to network and conduct business across the life sciences, alternative energy, agriculture and IT.
INTERPHEX Puerto Rico is the largest gathering of technology professionals in Puerto Rico and will showcase Puerto Rico’s innovative companies. More than 3000 professionals are expected to attend the opportunity to network effectively, make deals and explore partnering opportunities.
The Innovation Pavilion is designed to advance the growth and development of the technology industry in Puerto Rico. The professionals who will attend our conference are busy people, so they appreciate efforts to maximize their time and networking. Our Innovation Island will facilitate opportunities for:

- Collaboration
- Partnering among companies at all stages of growth.
The pavilion will also serve as a platform for the Technology Trust to showcase a number of emergent technology companies, increase their exposure and accelerate the development and commercialization of their new technologies and thereby contribute to the economic development of Puerto Rico. There is no charge for participation.
2011 participants will include:
- University officials, researchers and scientists seeking to establish high quality collaborations
- Researchers, scientists, independent inventors, and technology entrepreneurs seeking to commercialize their innovative product(s) or technology
- Emerging technology firms with high-growth and economic impact potential for Puerto Rico, seeking networking opportunities to expand
- Organizations in Puerto Rico-based organizations that can provide high value technology commercialization services
