International Attendees
Thank you for your interest in INTERPHEX Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico is a commonwealth of the United States. U.S. citizens do not need a passport or visa to enter the island. For non-U.S. citizens, entry requirements are the same as for the U.S. mainland. As an international attendee, it may be necessary for you to receive an official invitation to obtain your travel VISA.
How to Request an Official Letter of Invitation for VISA Purposes:
Please read the following procedures needed in order to expedite your request.
- International Attendees requesting a Letter of Invitation must be registered badge holders with a valid confirmation
number prior to requesting an invitation letter.
- Invitation requests must be received no later then 3 weeks prior to the Events opening.
- Online Registration opens in November 2009.
- Access the electronic Non-Immigrant Attendee VISA Invitation Letter Request form. (Note: this is not the request form for Exhibitors. Please see the Exhibitor Information page for a Non-Immigrant Exhibitor VISA Letter Request form.)
Invitation processing does take approximately 5- 7 business days after you have submitted the form. Due to the number of requests for invitations we receive on a daily basis, original invitations will be sent by courier service. We are unable to fax or email copies. If you have any other questions regarding this process, please direct them to invitation@reedexpo.com.
