UPDATED Puerto Rico Tax Incentives

The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico recently enacted into law the Economic Incentives Act for the Development of Puerto Rico , No. 73 of May 28, 2008, which replaces former Act No. 135.  This new tool is already sending a strong message to investors and companies that Puerto Rico is ready to regain its leadership position as a global investment destination.
