AdvantaPure/NewAge Industries
AdvantaPure® manufactures high purity flexible process hoses, laboratory tubing, sanitary fittings, and platinum-cured silicone injection molded components such as Single-Use fill and sampling manifold assemblies, stoppers, caps, mini- and standard Tri-Clamp ends, true unions and other BioClosure™ container closure systems. Hose materials include silicone, fluoropolymer, and EPDM & nitrile rubber. Hoses come reinforced with polyester braid, mandrel-wrapped or wire-reinforced to handle increased temperature and pressure applications. AdvantaLabel® hose identification solutions, such as silicone-encased labeling, DocuLink™ manifold identification, laser-etched collars, and color-striped silicone tubing, are available. Custom fabrication services are available on all products.
AdvantaFlex® is a single-use biopharmaceutical grade tubing ideal for media and viral filling and sampling applications. AdvantaFlex can be molded to create leak-free manifold connections, welds directly to biobag containers, can be aseptically sealed in seconds, and outlasts similar tubing tested in peristaltic pumps by 6 to 10 times. It provides a single tubing contact surface by eliminating the need for grafting silicone into a filling tube set. Silicone peristaltic pump tubing is also available with superior pump life as compared to standard unreinforced silicone tubing.
P*E*T Process Equipment Tracking® and the Hose Track® Hose Lifecycle Analysis System use RFID tags to uniquely identify individual process components and hose assemblies. These systems track wear-related events that contribute to product failure and lead to the possible risk of a lost batch, as well as replace antiquated logbooks, allowing for more efficient processes. A revolutionary new technology, available exclusively from AdvantaPure, is GammaTag® 500, a gamma-sterilizable RFID solution. GammaTag can be attached before using healthcare equipment, medical devices, and single-use products requiring gamma sterilization with no risk of data loss.
