BEWARE of the Fair Guide
Reed Exhibitions and INTERPHEX Puerto Rico do NOT support the Fair Guide -- it is NOT affiliated with Reed Exhibitions or INTERPHEX Puerto Rico. Please be aware that you may receive solicitations for the Fair Guide from Construct Data, its publisher, which use the name of INTERPHEX Puerto Rico – do not be fooled. Construct Data currently operates out of Slovakia (it has previously operated out of Austria and Germany).
BEWARE of the Expo-Guide
Reed Exhibitions and INTERPHEX Puerto Rico also do NOT support the Expo-Guide -- it is NOT affiliated with Reed Exhibitions or INTERPHEX Puerto Rico. Please be aware that you may receive solicitations for the Expo-Guide from Commercial Online Manuals, its publisher, which use the name of INTERPHEX Puerto Rico – again, do not be fooled. The Expo-Guide currently operates out of Mexico.
For further warnings on the Fair Guide and the Expo-Guide, please check out www.stopecg.org (the website was set up originally to deal with the European City Guides, but it now addresses the Fair Guide and Expo-Guide as well as several other similar matters).
And please remember – the only directories and guides affiliated with Reed Exhibitions are those published by Reed Exhibitions, including the official show directories. If you have any doubts about a directory/guide solicitation using the INTERPHEX Puerto Rico name (for example, if the solicitation requires payment made to an address in a foreign country), please contact an INTERPHEX Puerto Rico salesperson ASAP.
ALERT TO ATTENDEES & EXHIBITORS: BOOK YOUR HOTEL THROUGH ONPEAK
onPeak is the ONLY officially endorsed housing and travel provider of the 2010 INTERPHEX Puerto Rico Show. Although other companies may pose as travel vendors for the INTERPHEX Puerto Rico Show, they are not affiliated with the show or with NSSF or Reed Exhibitions and are unable to provide show attendees with the same benefits that onPeak can. We cannot guarantee hotel room rates or availability to attend the show made through any company other than onPeak. Hotel reservations made outside of the Official INTERPHEX Puerto Rico Show Hotel Block are at the exclusive risk of the individual. There have been many tales involving travel vendors that were either unlicensed or went out of business after taking reservations and deposits, leaving individuals stranded without hotel rooms, transportation, and lost deposits. Individuals should verify the credentials of travel vendors before doing business with them and independently confirm that their reservations have in fact been made and will be honored by directly contacting their chosen hotel, airline, and/or rental car company.
